im 21 y/o, 5'10'' , 220lbs, 15%BF . i would like to cut around 210-215 i think i've maxed out what i could gain natrually besides maybe another pound or two. i've been training since i was 13 for football and after my senior year when i got hurt and lost my scholarships i started powerlifting and bodybuilding instead.

the cycle i plan on running goes as is and some criticism/suggestions would be appreciated.

test cyp @200mg, 2 times a week.
D-bol @25mg ed for 4 weeks
arimidex @.5mg eod throughout cycle.

my pct i still am not sure. i want to run nolva and clomid but should i keep the arimidex in also? if there are any suggestions for what the cycle should look like or what i should use i would like to hear them. also is a 23 gauge needle good or should i go bigger?

my diet is pretty in check i'll probably just eat extra of this once i start but my regular days as right now are about 6 meals. two chicken breasts, a cup of brocholli, and a few spoon fulls of peanut butter everymeal.
