my first cycle. please critique

I ran 10 mgs ed of tamo, for a 12 week cycle.No gyno.Pct looks like this:

HCG-500 iu's 20 days.
Clomid-100/50/50/50.
Tamo-80/60//40/20/10.

This is based on a 12 week cycle of test E and deca.So, the PCT is a little longer.You can run HCG alot of different ways.The important facts here are that you have your auxiliary compounds in place.Your 21, so this is really to young to cycle.The basic reason for this is that at your age, you can screw your HPTA for life.As for diet, needs to be tweaked.But I've seen alot of diets posted that are awful.Hope this helps you.Titanium.
