When bulking it's suggested 4-6 reps per set right? My question is do you do more/less/same amount of sets as you would when normally training?

ie. I normally train bi's and tri's on the same day. Bi's i do 9 sets of 8-10 reps, Tri's 9 sets of 8-10 reps.

When bulking would i still do 9 sets for each but only 4-6 reps per set. Or am i able to bump up the number of sets i do?
