as i said im 6,1 and im 130
ive been working out for 2 years straight 4 days a week for 1 to 2 hours
my goal is to be at least 150 to 160 in 2 or 3 months
ive been taking true mass i thought that would help but it dint then i got amino acid and that didnt help either so now i want to try a cycle


i eat really bad

so here it is

7:00 1 cup of apple juice
10:30 2 big donuts
1:00 i usually go to work and theres a del taco right there so i eat tacos and stuff like that
3:00 i have coffe with sneakers
5:00 some food at home
around 8 is when i work out so after my workout i take the truemass
then before sleep i have soup sometimes hot pocket

i know i have a reallly bad died so i need help on that also
