There has been MANY posts by Dante himself to not go by snippets of what's been posting on his forum, as it is more than likely taken out of context and will do more harm than help.
Also, you need to have a very solid strength base before you even think about doing this - at LEAST 300/400/500 b/s/d. But judging from the info you gave, you prob can do those lifts. I would just hire him, or some others on the site, like Skip or Gottabehuge..
