I am looking for the best 12 set chest workout, consisting of 3 exercises to perform over the next 8 weeks.

I have always tended to concentrate on incline press as my key starting exercises, incline dumbbells, as the barbell tends to hurt my delts.

Then the next two exercises are a toss up between flat bench, decline bench, and dumbbell/cable flies.

What do you think are the best 3 exercises for chest? How important is decline compared to incline and flat?
