i will make 4 meals meat or fish or chicken + rise + salad
+ one eggs and outs + 2 whey protien + frutes + cheese and milk before bed

By using steroids with a poor diet you will look worse than you do before. STEROIDS ARE NOT MAGIC PILLS OR OILS. And any weight you gain you will immediately lose after your cycle because you have no clue what your doing for eating.

You need to fix your diet and continue training for another two years. You are not ready for steroids at all it's that simple. You have no clue how to eat properly and need to take the time to read all the educational threads for yourself so you can learn.
