now this is my full statue :

age : 23
my tall is : 180 cm
weight : 75 kilograms
bf : 13.5 %

3 years of training

and the important part is :

am hard gainer = its really hard to gain more weight
also i have acne on my back and some hair losses


i eat 9 meals per day
2 whey and 1 casein
3 meals chicken or fish or meat and rise or pasta
2 protein bars
1 cheese and bread + sald

now am looking 2 work harder and eat this meal plan for more 2 months
then i wanna reach around 80 kilo grams

after that i will run steroids

i wanna start with test + eq ( bolden )

need your advices and your comments
i need alll advices that are available cause i have to collect my steroids
and focus as a motovation to reach 80 kilo grams in 2 months then start
