Thread: Fasted Cardio Question

    As much as I despise fasted cardio due to it's effect in my running pace I have moved to doing it more regular. My question is, what should my nutrition before and after look like as well as timing. Currently I am taking bcaa's prior to and immediately after and eat my breakfast about 30 minutes after. Should I be eating quicker after or later? Also, any suggestions in supplements/nutrition prior to running to protect lbm?
