You need the calories (especially protein) to maintain a positive nitrogen balance so your muscles will continue to get stronger and larger. I, like Dane said would not worry about a little bodyfat as long as you're making progress. You can add a little cardio on your non-training days, but other than that just keep your saturated fat intake down. It's one of those lesser of two evils. If you cut your calories back to keep from gaining the extra fat, then you may not consume enough to make the muscle gains.
