Hey guys,

I was wondering, if i feel that i have been overtraining, will the time off that i will be taking to rest my body "catch up", "repair" my muscles that havent had time to recover ?, or are the benefits of those intense workout just cut down and irrecoverable ?

Im running win and test (60 mg win a day and 500 mg test a week)

I was basicly training that way:

Back biceps traps (for biceps only 3 veeeerrry quick sets)
Chest triceps calves (same for triceps)
Shoulders traps
Legs glutes calves

Most of the time the day off comes day 5, then go again, buuuutt sometimes i do feel good and i go like day 1-2-3-4 and continue day 1 and then rest, and go on day 2-3-4-1 then day off, all depends how i feel

I do sleep a lot. Minimum 8 hours per night, and get like 20 minute nap at noon and another hour to an hour and a half right before working out.


Most importantly i would like to know about my concern before the OUCH ! ;-(
