Thanks a lot for ur help drew, the thing is i have been over this fat and weight loss many times, last time i lost more than 30kg in 2 years but i gained them all back because i had tendinitis in my knee and stopped working out add to that all the stress in life and the limited time between work and university etc.... which makes u indulge in junk foods and sweet foods.
So the bottom line is that i have to do it all over again but this time with limited cardio and weight training because i also was very unfortunate to develop bicipital tendinitis a year ago, back then i wanted to get rid of the weight and joined the gym and ended up with an inflamed biceps tendon which im not fully healed till this very day.
Thats why i thought of jumping my fat/weight loss journey with a t3/t4 and clen cycle for 2 months, which will enable me to do more cardio in the future since my knees will be carrying less weight.
