    Newbie fresh from the joint

    I just wanted to start off by saying i think this forum is awesome has really good information that i could not find else where, and your guys knowledge is very valuable to me. My story starts like this in 2010 I got sent to prison and have just recently been released, i have really not worked out but before i went in i was around 135pounds, when i got out i was 155 and currently around 163. My issues i am having is the amount that i eat it seems to be hitting my gut more then any where else. I was taught in the joint that pasta is your friend so stocking up on carbs to me isn't a issue, but it is back firing. I have gained to much on my belly to consider taking gear right now, but if i throw in to much HIIT or carido i will loose it all fast but also in my face and legs, so i will look like a thin stick again. When i went in i was in good shape but when i got out i put on some better size and it is hard to hold, i have issues with getting to full and over bloated right now. To the point i feel like throwing up, working out is not a problem i love the GYM.

    Currently in the morning i eat 4 eggs and cup oatmeal plus cottage cheese second meal i drink a shake 3rd meal i eat chicken legs or breast with some rice and veggies 4th meal i eat mackerel or tuna with crackers, 5th i take my pre work out shake 6th is where i get really bloated after the gym if i eat big meal and down a shake I'm done .... so i skip it some times and eat really late at night which i know i shouldn't, since I'm not putting in cardio right now it seems like I'm bulking up but to much is going to the gut, what can i do ??

    I was also coached in the joint on how to work out with some guys and they schooled me on the gear, the do's and don'ts and so i think right now with this fat i don't want to start until i get some what lean again but scared i will loose most of my size is there a safe way to cut it down and not loose my gains?? and is there any good work outs that i can do that will keep my strength where it is at before i try the gear ?? I have not made this thread to start a trolling debate just need some advise from some good people
