Height: 5'7
Bf: 15-16%
From january i want to start cutting.Right now I'm working out Dorian Yates style,working to failure(2 warmups and 1 working set to failure).Ive seen amazing results with this kind of training,in muscle and in strength.
While cutting,should i continue this same way of training or should change it?
