I've been doing yoga for about 14 years now and I'm half-decent at it.

The thing is though, I can't do the splits. Doing the splits is the ultimate marketing campaign for a yoga teacher. Put yourself on a poster sitting in the splits and people will take interest.

I've been stretching my legs for about 15 - 20 years since I took up martial arts and then Thai boxing. I have decent flexibility but I'm no ballerina.

I was thinking it would be nice if, 40 years from now, I could be retired and teach a yoga class twice a week -- that wouldn't be a bad life.

So I'm thinking I should step up my game and get this apparatus:

You sit in that chair and you turn the steering wheel to push your legs out. From glancing at it, I think the design of it is fairly sound.

Should I buy this thing and then use it for 5mins every day after I get out of the sauna? (By the way I'm building a mini sauna hut for out my back garden).
