I looked in up on my cell and sure enough they did. I called my buddy who owns a gun store and he carried them. Henry makes them. Well dad for some reason wanted one. So he gave me 1200 bucks and I bought one for him a couple weeks later.

Fast forward to Yesterday, sitting there talking to him, he said I got something to give you and dont argue with me about it. He goes to the spare bedroom and brings back that shotgun still wrapped up and boxed. lol I asked him why he even bought it. He said he bought it to show his friend, who btw died before he could take it over to show him.
So your dad gave you the money for the gun, you went to the store and bought it and had the background check in your name and then gave it to your father?

Isn't that a "strawman purchase?"
