ha ha I like that full. I used to do ab work all the time, and never could figure out why my abs never would go down, in fact, they would just protrude out like I had a belly, but when I took my shirt off all I had was stomach, but not fat. Just muscles that had grown, even with high reps. My muscles respond very quickly and grow very easily, therefore I had to cut out ab work all together now, I have to get my abs back, like Pete said, gotta loose that fat, and you can't just loose it in one area, the body has to burn fat randomly, so cardio cardio cardio and eat right.
