They're right... sustanon has two test esters that are OUT of the body in 2-3 days. Injecting ED or EOD will keep these levels more stable and consistent... BUT even with that, the MG's are still going to be too low with only 500 a week.

I'm sure you know how propionate works, the other short acting ester is phenlyprop which both are only active for 1-2 days. At a dose of 500mg a week, you're going to be getting a dose of roughly 30mg of prop every 3 days. I wouldnt even inject prop at 30mg ever day, let alone every 3 days. Now, we havent even mentioned the phenlyprop yet, its the same situation there. You're basically going to be wasting the 2 of the 4 compounds.

Even if you do inject every day or every other day, the MG's are going to be so low, you'll either want to raise the overall weekly dosage, or add more propionate with the sustanon.

I ran sustanon this summer very successfully in a cutter... here is what it looked like

Weeks 1-10 Sustanon 700mg a week / 100mg ED
Weeks 1-10 Prop 525mg a week / 75mg ED
Weeks 10-12 Prop 700mg a week / 100mg ED
Week 13 -- PCT

I also had EQ in there
