Wow. thanks god i thought i was the only one that was happening to...but i know how you feel. It hurts the most when doing barbell curls. Everytime i finish a set I set the bar down and still hold on for about 15 seconds and let go. helps alittle

yea its a killer pain I dont know if its from overworking it or something my trainer told me it has to do with the muscle attached to the bone..Its like havin shin splints in youre arm he told me to go easy like curl 20 lbs when ever i do arms It will heal eventually Working on it will only make it worst
