Hi ...

just went to GNC and bought some ****...i want to get big...i am 175lbs now and i want to get to 205lbs asap...so i bought some ****....

1. Whey protien-which i know works

2. EAS-Phosphagen Elite...

3. Vitrix natural testastarone stumulator

I need to know if the EAS creatine i bought and the Vitrix works...i also need to know how i should take it...the guy at gnc said 2 scoops after a workout, and the bottle says 1. then 1 at night...how should i do it

what you need is reg creatine and learn how to use it properly... by manipulating your slin
as well as dextrose and whey protein in a 2:1 pwo shake, get a good diet which can be found in the sticky's

n' yeah it will work .. almost everything works.. its just to What extent..creatine/protein/dextrose are your 3 main ingrediants learn to work with those
and from what i see u got 2/3's and until you find dextrose use regular sucrose it will still create an insulin spike post workout and help transport your creatine and nutrients to your muscles post workout
so lets say pre work out u take 5g glutamine and 5g creatine and wat ever stimulant you want and after your work out lets say u take about 35g's Proteina nd 70g sugar and 5-10g creatin thats just a sample by no means am i a physician =/
