I hit them 3 times a week on my off days. With no weight because I dont want them to be huge. I just want them to remember their pupose is to make me stable when doing lifts. And plus when I cut I wasnt my abs to be defined but not really bulging out.
Its really what ever your goals are with your abs or if you have reached that goal yet.![]()
I believe everyone should try to have them bulge out. As in you should go heavy with them like any other muscle. Everyone has their abs there it's just so much fat covering them you can't see them. Once that fat is gone you still might not have nice abs since you didn't go hard on them to have them at least stick out a little, anyway JMO.Originally Posted by brew035
