can anyone post up there workout routine? eg. monday chest tri's 5 sets bench press 4 sets rope pulldown. tuesday rest and so on.

tues-legs
wed-delts/traps
thurs-biceps/triceps
friday-back
sat, sun off
Up until yesterday i was doin gthis way :
day 1 -chest/tri
off
day 2 -back/biceps/abs
off
day 3 - legs/shoulders/forarms
but cos i have reached a plataue I will now do it this way
day 1 - shoulder/tri
day 2 - back/traps
day 3 - 0ff
day 4 - legs/forarms
day 5 - chest/biceps
day 6 - off
day 7 - off
