    EOD full body workout

I have a buddy that swears by the EOD full body workout. He is a kenisiology(sp?) major and his results are great, but I really never used this method. I lifted with him one day just to check it out, and instead of two areas of my body being sore the next day, my entire body was. Does anyone use this method? Maybe at different training times? By the way, my buddy is natural, no AS.

Can you explain a bit more about it, how does he avoid overtraining, sets, reps etc ?

DC training is what I'm interested now but I'm afraid of overtraining when it comes down to the whole warmup sets before the 1 max set. I'm confused in how many warmups I should do before I do my working set.

Yeah I think I am too. I'm scared though. I'm used to my training and I'm actually cutting now. I wonder if any competitors go by this training? I definately don't want to bulk

My buddy is bulking right now, and yah, the warm up sets are key to this type of training. that was one thing that he did stress. Also instead of one max failure set, back down a few pound and do two set of 5. His explanatiion of this made sense, but I can't make mine make more sense than this. if still interested let me know, this guy knows his sh*t. He did also talk to me about overtraining, It's basically knowing your limit. Again, he did explain in more depth.

Could you give a brief explanation of what he spoke about the amount of warm up sets he would do?

Questions like these are impossible to answer as everyones body responds better to different stimuli. What may work for him may not work for others. All you have to do is find what works best for you through trial and error.

Correct, and an example is me. I could NEVER do EOD full body workouts.

For my body that makes no sense.

The Question was just out of curiosity, there was no right or wrong answer. I wanted to know others results.
