You can search any forum for past posts. Questions such as yours have most likely been answered multiple times and should be easy to find.
Leaning your torso forward will stress your chest.
Keeping your torso perpendicular to the floor, will stress more triceps.
Its more of the way you tuck your elbows too. elbows-in hits the tricep and elbows flared out will hit your chest.Originally Posted by Hypertrophy
