Tobey, for some reason I've always had this that after doing more than 8 reps to failure, I need at least 3 minutes of rest before I can do the same weight! This is especially true with biceps and chest... So it's the questions of either reducing the weight each set or increasing the reast time... which one?Originally posted by Tobey

Doe it have any effect on muscle growth (i.e. loosing the pump?)
