ok the split im on right now is as follows
tues-chest
wed-back
thur-legs
fri-shoulders
sat-arms
sun & mon- off
this works great for me however my partner cant make it on tuesdays(we cant work around or schedule this day) so i want to know if putting back on tues and chest on wed would affect my shoulder training on fri, im lagging in the shoulder area so it's imparative that i recovery fulley before hitting them directly on fri and i dont think that chest on wed would allow enough time for my shoulders to recover from the indirect training from chest...what do you guys think?
