Sounds like a good leg workout to me. If you don't give it up at least once during a leg workout, you aren't trying hard enoughOriginally posted by RebelMan
Everytime I do a leg work out about halfway through it I get nauseated and almost ralf. This only happens to me on leg days and I do my leg workout at the same time as all my other workouts.
If anybody has any ideas about why this happens or knows anything I can do to prevent it please let me know. Thanks.![]()
