    cool thanks for the advice guys..lesson of the day overtraining happens after a longer period of time not just one workout.. yeah i never trained legs really until i relized how essential they are.

    If you've only recently started training them hard, then being extremely sore is totally normal.

    Yes, overtraining is a chronic process. . .
