No, endorphin release is a welcomed high. Low blood sugar is something not desirable at all.

i get it a little bit from cardio, mostly just an elevation in mood for the rest of the day. I get the endorphin rush hardcore after each and every workout. The funny thing is, i get that endorphin high before i go to lift also. its awesome
