hey guys,
i just started doing some half decent cardio today and i really could do with this help. i know exactly what i need for pre and post workout nutrition, but what about for before and after cardio? im trying to cut up at present, got my diet in check except that im not 100% on what im asking
does anyone have any help? id really appreciate it
