    I heard, for body building, igf is a better way to go then hgh. Less expensive and good results.

    i think they are 2 compounds that aren't very comparable. if i'm not mistaken igf will increase the size of muscle cells where as hgh will make new muscle cell. i could be off a little but i think that's right.
