    well i was gonna run it 4iu's ed for 7 months,startin a 16 week course of test tren and var(12 weeks of the tren or more if i can handle it),startin 3 months in so my liver is producin the high amounts of insulin by then,then i would have 2 months of hgh after the roids are done wich should help me keep most of the gains aquired on the roids.but now i may run it for a year,havent decided on that yet,never ran it before so should be good!will start a thread on it in the growth forum when i start.if i do decide on the year thing will prob do 2 cycles while runnin it!

    when i bulk i go between about 3 and 6 times a day, i hate it!! Cutting it goes down to one or 2 after a month or so!
