me personally i like to go low wieght high rep during cutting just so i can switch it up. shock my body a lil bit just so im not doin high wieght low rep all year.

Yes definatley! its fine to mix up reps, I do it every 2-3 weeks, its just not 100% necessary to change your anaerobic training for cutting, but it is ok to do so..Originally Posted by lucabratzi
