Get yourself 3g of Lr3 IGF-1 and some humulin-r (otc) and mix it with your gear. It will be well worth it. I had been using it w/ gH and slin, along w my gear. I was throwing 455 on the bench like ham & cheese. Crazy 225 standing bbell curls. Sitting down on squats w/ 5 plates like it was cake. It's a bbing style routine, but I always incorporate heavy movements. Chest and tris have a good while to rest before delts. Hams are given ample time to rest from the heavy squatting, etc. Also, Sat. is "easy day." (Bis;4-arms & abs)
