Where are your rest days? Just sunday? You should only be working each body part once a week. Especially with parts like biceps.

Id stick to a 4 day split
back and bis-your bis should be worked pretty good after your back work
chest and tris-your tris will be the same as the bis with back
shoulder and traps
legs
thats a pretty simple routine you could switch it up, if your arms are not growing just focusing on them and adding more days wont help in fact it will diminish your gains. You need to do 6-8 sets 8 reps controlled tempo, good form. check your ego at the door lower the weight if you cant do it trust me like i said inthe last post all out war!
