    haha sorry bout takin off..ya I partially tore my pec had to finally just take 3 weeks off...I came back and could barely put up 245 6 times hahha. Yesterday was my second session back and I got 295 3..hopefully I can get back to where I was tho. Doubtfull..cuz im cutting and ive lost buncha weight

    This was from stretching cold..I made it worse by pushing through it every week. Haha maybe thatll help you feel better
