Not everyone will agree with me b/c we all do it for diff reasons. But I couldnt feel good about myself if I was all bloated and roided out. I like to stay lean and look hard. Even while I"m "bulking" I still dont get too sloppy. That is also due to genetics

Most def. I"m going to try to get my leanest this summer. This past summer I got down to about 193 or so at 5%. That was alittle too lean but I still felt so dam good. Those are the pics I wish I still had. I only have that one but that one doesnt show much

I was in the midst of getting ready for my first show about 5 weeks out. Then I got into a freaking accident!!!! Nevertheless no more bikes for me. Motorcycles almost took my life more then once
