    Meal#5 2 chicken breasts/1 oz dried roasted peanuts

    Since I figured this out I have cut out the peanuts, the omega3 capsules and 1 slice of cheese. That is 28g fat right there alone. I would guess taking the overall caloric intake for the day down 300 calories or so.

    Cardio at least 5 times a week, 45 mins in the AM on an empty stomach. Eat my pro/carb about 30mins after cardio. I used to do it right after, but someone said somthing about lyposis continuing after cardio is done. I havent cheated until yesterday I had my first "true" cheat meal since before I started this diet. I ate a lot of carbs for thanksgiving, but nothing other than that. Some days lately I have had a preworkout shake with oats. I think it has been twice the entire time. I drink at least 1.5-2g of water a day. Ive been taking clen 120mcg this is my 5th week but it hasnt worked in awhile so im dropping it. Im going to start working abs twice a week, up from once a week. I probably average 7 hours of sleep a night.
    All I can think of for now. See any problems my man?

    I've had one meal today...What's going to happen is that I'm going to pig out now and then go to sleep. Then I'll wake up at about 6am, take a HUGE LOZ, and get ready for the day. I'm delerious.

    Question from left field---->Do you guys shat like 4-5 times a day too? I would never start a thread about this, b/c I have some tact, but I am curious. A few of my friends freak out when I tell them this. Not to mention, I piss more than my grandpa.

    lately..like once every 3 days. Yesterday's was monsterous tho..biggest since the time i had 72oz steak and 5 sides

    chest you talked about lower your kcals 300 for the day. That would be my first option is to drop a little more kcal. I dunno much about the Brown sugar in the morning because whenever someone suggests that we tell them to use splenda so maybe Nark can help there. Also hows the cardio?? are you going at a optimal MHR??

    keyser, i crap about5 times a day no matter what kind of diet i have. i actually had bad ibs a few years ago so i think it stems from that a bit. i take a dook when i wake up everyday like clockwork. to me its all normal.

    I was thinking about this. I wanted to avoid all simple carbs besides dext for pwo. Lower my calories 300 more? Theyre hovering around 2000 right now for nonworkout days and probably 2700-2800 or so for workout days. Cardio WAS at 75% for awhile, but someone told me to keep it at 70%. I have only done 70 for a day now, i did 75 for a week or so.

    238 right now. Guessing 13%, but I look really flat, not sure. I honestly looked 12% a few weeks ago. Now, I LOOK in the mirror 13-15%, its bad.

    Yes, took benadryl, I dont really go for the benadryl to upgrade receptors. From now on, I'll do 2on2off. Stopped working around beginning of week 3, benadryl use throughout the 3rd week or not.

    No T3. I may get a mild anabolic supp and run it with t3 to avoid too much catabolism. I really want to avoid any hormonal compounds until I hit 20, though.

    Started at 273, now 238. Weird thing, I looked more 238 three weeks ago at 246ish than I do now. Look fatter now than I did then, and I have lost 6-8lbs.
