Since I figured this out I have cut out the peanuts, the omega3 capsules and 1 slice of cheese. That is 28g fat right there alone. I would guess taking the overall caloric intake for the day down 300 calories or so.
Cardio at least 5 times a week, 45 mins in the AM on an empty stomach. Eat my pro/carb about 30mins after cardio. I used to do it right after, but someone said somthing about lyposis continuing after cardio is done. I havent cheated until yesterday I had my first "true" cheat meal since before I started this diet. I ate a lot of carbs for thanksgiving, but nothing other than that. Some days lately I have had a preworkout shake with oats. I think it has been twice the entire time. I drink at least 1.5-2g of water a day. Ive been taking clen 120mcg this is my 5th week but it hasnt worked in awhile so im dropping it. Im going to start working abs twice a week, up from once a week. I probably average 7 hours of sleep a night.
All I can think of for now. See any problems my man?

I was thinking about this. I wanted to avoid all simple carbs besides dext for pwo. Lower my calories 300 more? Theyre hovering around 2000 right now for nonworkout days and probably 2700-2800 or so for workout days. Cardio WAS at 75% for awhile, but someone told me to keep it at 70%. Yes, took benadryl, I dont really go for the benadryl to upgrade receptors. From now on, I'll do 2on2off. Stopped working around beginning of week 3, benadryl use throughout the 3rd week or not.
No T3. I may get a mild anabolic supp and run it with t3 to avoid too much catabolism. I really want to avoid any hormonal compounds until I hit 20, though.
