Straight-arm pullovers are basically underhand chinups lying on your back without using your biceps, except the range of motion is ridiculously small and you can't use enough weight. Bent over one arm rows are far superior and chinups are the king in terms of biomechanics.Originally Posted by MoneyAddyct

Also, experimenting with negatives is a must. They will allow you to bulldoze through your plateau.
