Dr. DARDEN ON THERIES OF ARTHUR JONES
CRAZY BOOK..............LOOKS GOOD PROB GONNA GIVE IT A TRY
WHATS UR GUYS TAKE ON hit
This is my workout program. Its by far the best program I have ever tried. I started this program in January. I weighed myself at 145 lbs before this program, and last thursday was my last weigh in (march 2nd) and I now weigh 156 1/2 lbs. I do not take any supplements besides creatine on and off and protien. Also, I am becoming much more defined than I have ever been in my life. I am also a hard gainer so an 11 1/2 pound increase in muscle mass and an obvious dramatic decrease in bf% says alot for me. I wish I would have known my pre-bf% but that was the only measurement I forgot to take, but put it this way. I couldnt see my abs 2 months ago. Now, my top 4 abs are clearly aparent. Definetely one of the best books I have ever read.
website?
bump for more info...maybe could add this to the workouts sticky arsenal
is this the same as the iron man HIT program?
Yes. Iron man was proven wrong by Arthur Jones back in the 70's. I'll tell you an interesting story from the H.I.T. book. To make the long story short, Arthur Jones told Iron Man magazine to fly down 50 (someone correct me if I am wrong but I am pretty sure it was 50, I don't have access to the book right now but on sunday I will confirm this story) - of their male models to florida where he lives and Arthur Jones said that if they didn't grow an inch on their arms in just one of his workouts that he would pay their hotel fee's and flight fee's. Iron Man took the challenge and at the end of Arthur Jones program only 2 out of the 50 body-builders that Iron Man sent asked for a refund. When I get home on sunday night I will type up this story in precise detail for all those who are interested. Just let me know. I suggest you all read the book though. That guy Jones was a crazy **** and alot of the stories about him are really interesting. He trained many of the Mr Olympia's including the youngest ever, 19 yr old Casey Viator, so you know this guy is extremely credible...
