yeah, its unreal i take about half a can before i workoput and i am wired for about an hour or more. then i mix the rest with my PW shake.

you know what else is pretty good, plus its dirt cheap is propel water. it doesn't have any caffein, and barely any sugar, but it tastes hella good

first day will be rest, second day is abs and legs, third day is rest, then i hit upper body on the fourth day
