Aguro - forced reps
i have always found that when u hit a certain plateau, eg. your with chest, you must push much heavier and much fewer reps. even if it just for a few weeks. i'd say on you main exercises eg. flat bench, do your 1 or 2 warm up sets, then do 6x heavy for 2-3 sets, or maybe do the last one with 3-4 reps. I'd say do that alternating with your current routine ie. normal routine one week, power routine next week. this will 'shock' da muscles, you have to FORCE THEM TO ADAPT!!![]()
Soo many thing i wanna do but i have to let those muscle heal![]()
