yea probably. id be a very happy man if i had one of those, along with a leg curl machine and a lat pull down machine. thats all i really need to hit every muscle group in my body. well, having an adjustable cable attatchment would be nice too... and an adjustable bench with a power rack. then id be set for sure

i miss workouts now and then, but hey im not stopping anytime soon so it isnt affecting me all that greatly, when im on cycle however, i never miss a workout.
