before i did my 4th cycle, i tried getting lots of rest. i totally over trained one day, then took a week off. then i totally overtrained again, and took another week off. it worked well bro

over training a little is ok, as long as you take a week off occasionally. but when you constantly overtrain and dont take any time off, then its all bad. you can actually lose muscle that way

Not true, handguns can be owned if you have a restricted firearms course and belong to a range membership.
I have the course, now I need a good range. The police have a public one near here, but i refuse to go shoot with the 5-0.

ive heard that cop ranges are more kick back than regular ranges. they always bitch at me when i go and cap off rounds real quick cause they claim it ruins their target holders. plus they dont allow buckshot through a shot gun. only slugs.

so you know what i do when im there? i purposely shoot the target holders with my 30-06. i got a scope on it so its pretty accurate. i also shoot the posts that hold up the overhangs by the shooting benchs. my boy shot a wind directional fan once when we were there too. they got pretty mad about that but they couldn't proove that it was us that did it.

i wish they made mp5s chambered in .44 mag. supposedly, the mps have a delayed blowback action or something, which causes it to have very little recoil. kinda unnescessary for a 9 mm though.
