im starting to liek squats more and more. i wish my knees and back were in perfect health, i could do alot better. anything above 275 sends my spine into agony, and anywhere below parallel makes my knees creak and ache. cant even do hacks at all cause of the knee pain.

yea, i hurt my knees doing leg press the other day too. i think il stick to leg extensions and leg curls. im not trying to be a competeative body builder, so its not a high priority for me to have 33 inch legs
