    yeah if i wasn't on this new roid called CELL-Tech which makes me an animal at the gym i don't know how i'd b able to handle all the sets i do for arms each day.

    alright then, but anyways, 50 sets sounds like over training. I heard someone tell me when nark was competing for the IFBB he didn't even do 50 sets.
