I was wondering what people's feeling are on doing chest twice a week. I usually do chest on monday, bi's abs and lower back on tues, legs weds, back thurs, and friday shoulders...but I was thinking since my chest isn't soar at the end of the week I could do chest again on friday. I know my workout regiment is a little wacky, but I get great results from it, so don't give me any crap. Please just let me know if you think it would be ok to do chest on Mon. and Fri. or just leave it to Mon. Thanks.
