You can get this disease in any muscle in your body and is caused by neglatic nerve ending in the center of the brain that gets excited when the patient is approached by gay guys that come up to them and compliment a certain bodypart.

The brain then responds by thinking of anti-gay responses like "Oh I ride bikes... (please go away)" or "I just workout alot...(please go away)" etc. etc.
