fo sho. the first one is lift as heavy as you can and give it everything you got to get bigger, the second one i use when i diet down and because my carbs and overall energy is less i cant lift as heavy and dont wanna risk injury, i use less weight and go for 10-15 rep range and i tend to lean up nicely.
